• Online viewing of books and videos is indefinite (no set time limit).
• Many course attachments such as eBooks, patterns and design guides are available beyond the 30-day download limit from the online viewing area for each title you have purchased.

Legacy Users (purchases prior to August 2019):

In most cases we are able to restore online viewing and access to course PDFs for Legacy Users of the Galli Creative platform within 12-24 hours.  If you would like access to prior purchases (not listed in the current Order History) please Contact Us so we may assist you, providing your name, email used for prior purchases, a list of titles you purchased, and if possible a contact telephone number.
